One great idea for those of us doing a home-based co-op (with other parents) is to have a plastic box that you put some general supplies into and pass from parent to parent as you take turns teaching. Some ideas of things you could put into the box are:
scissors
tape
glue
stickers
crayons
markers
CD of the songs you use or sing most often
craft supplies you use a lot like Popsicle sticks, pom-pom's etc.
other visual aids
We also pass the charts that we use in our opening circle time like the weather chart, calendar, & helper chart.
